Don't look too closely...our part is NOT even close to strait...Part the hair down the middle. Section off 3 or 4 triangular sections on both sides of the top of the head. We did 4 in this picture.
Secure both sides together with an elastic and start your fish tail braid.
This was our FIRST attempt at the fishtail braid, or should I say first semi-successful attempt!
